Votes:0 :: Links Sounds Pics :: This is a small site in tribute to one of our faves, Winnie the Pooh. The site will not be updated except for occasional link and picture additions. Most of us are familiar with the Disney classic movie "The Many Adventures
of Winnie the Pooh". However, Pooh started out as bedtime stories and later
books. A.A. Milne, the author of the Winnie the Pooh books, told his son,
Christopher Robin, stories based on toys that Christopher had in his room.
Here is a picture of those original toys. Milne was a successful author and playwrite who also wrote other children's
books including "When We Were Very Young." The books Milne wrote based
on Pooh and his friends were "Winnie the Pooh" and "The House at Pooh Corner".
E.H. Shepherd did the original illustrations for the books Read More Go to Site

Votes:0 Pooh Bear, Winnie the Pooh Bear,... Winnie the Pooh was created by A. A. Milne. He used to write poems of pooh, before Pooh became famous as the cartoon character. Here's an excerpt from "Us Two": "Wherever I go, there's always Pooh; There's always pooh and me. Whatever I do, he wants to do, 'Where are you going today?' says Pooh: 'Well, that's very odd 'cos I was too. Let's go together,' says Pooh, says he. 'Let's go together,' says Pooh." Hey pooh fans! If you see any, please email me and tell me which ones are broken. AOL users have said there are none, but Netscape people say that the images that are saved with Capital letters are broken. If you are using NN, I would appreciate if you could email me and tell me which ones are broken, so I can rename them in lowercase letters. I have added lots of new pages on my site, and please take the time to view them. (Hey, I've worked hard!!!) Puuuh-leeeaasee Sign My Guestbook!!!!!Alwayz, Lindsay Irene's Winnie The Pooh Page!
